1. What we collect

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, profile and your message.
• Newsletter form: email address, selected countries and selected card games, and your marketing consent (with timestamp).
• Buyback form: what you describe about your lot (licence, products or cards, asking price and link to your photos if you give them), your country, name, email and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Local partner and host-a-machine forms: name, company or venue, country and city, email, phone (optional), profile and your message.
• City, restock and launch-notification requests: the city or product you ask for and, if you give it, your email.
• Technical data required to display the site (standard server logs of our hosting provider).

2. Why we use it

• To answer your messages and requests (contact, buyback offer, partnership, hosting a machine, city or restock request).
• To send you new-release news and promotional emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by writing to us.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use no advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic, on the basis of your consent: analytics cookies are denied by default and are only set once you accept them in the banner. You can decline, and the site works normally. We store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage). Embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.

4. Who we share it with

• Formspree (form processing): receives what you submit via our forms.
• Google Maps (embedded maps).
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4): traffic measurement, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
• Brevo (email marketing): stores newsletter subscribers and sends our emails.
• Our hosting provider (site delivery).

We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Messages and requests sent through our forms: up to 24 months. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

6. Your rights

Under the Swiss nFADP and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can request access, rectification, deletion, or a copy of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email contact@boosterstop.com.
