1. What we collect

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, profile and your message.
• Newsletter form: email address, selected countries and selected card games, and your marketing consent (with timestamp).
• Technical data required to display the site (standard server logs of our hosting provider).

2. Why we use it

• To answer your messages (contact form).
• To send you new-release news and promotional emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by writing to us.

3. Cookies & local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We store your cookie choice locally in your browser (localStorage). Embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.

4. Who we share it with

• Formspree (form processing): receives what you submit via our forms.
• Google Maps (embedded maps).
• Brevo (email marketing): stores newsletter subscribers and sends our emails.
• Our hosting provider (site delivery).

We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 24 months. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

6. Your rights

Under the Swiss nFADP and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can request access, rectification, deletion, or a copy of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email contact@boosterstop.com.
