Questions about selling to us
- How do you set the buyback price?
- We start from current prices on the European market at the time of your request, then take into account the product's condition, its language and demand. Every offer is made case by case.
- Is the estimate free?
- Yes. The offer is free and commits you to nothing until you accept it.
- Do you buy raw, ungraded Pokémon cards?
- Not for now: graded cards in an intact slab only. A valuable card can be graded by PSA, CGC or PCA before you offer it to us.
- Which countries can I sell from?
- From Switzerland and from other European countries, inside or outside the European Union. We do not buy from outside Europe yet.
- How do I send my products?
- Once you accept the offer, we tell you how to proceed from your country. Shipping is tracked and insured.
- When do I get paid?
- As soon as the products are received and checked.
- How do you check authenticity?
- Every graded card is checked against its certification number on the grading company's website. Sealed products are inspected on arrival: original wrap and box condition. If a product does not match its description, we contact you before anything else.
- Do I need to send photos?
- They speed up the estimate. Add a link to a shared folder in the form, or we will ask for them by email. For a graded card, the front and back of the slab are enough.
- Do you buy large lots?
- We look at every volume, from a single product to a sealed case.
- Who is BoosterStop?
- BoosterStop is operated by 247 Distribution SNC in Geneva. We run a network of trading card vending machines in Switzerland and Belgium, including eight machines in the canton of Geneva whose stock you can check live.
